Campbell River Museum and Gallery Archives now online
Chameleon Creative is proud to announce the launch to the Campbell River Museum Logging Archives. The archives consist of nearly 2,000 photographs, all catalogued and tracking the history of the logging industry from Port Alberni to northern Vancouver Island.
The online catalogue brings the logging industry to life through photographs and memories, featuring major towns and cities, the equipment and techniques used to cut timber, and some of the people who worked in the industry.
The Campbell River Logging Archive was launched on 11 October 2010 and is available online at http://gallery.crmuseum.ca
Safe, secure backup of your documents
If you have a Chameleon Creative web hosting account, you'll be pleased to know of a new service that helps you to keep your files safe and secure. The new backup service gives you access to a secure area on your web server where you can copy files and documents to backup your office or home computer - you can copy files to and from your backup area, making sure your data is safe against loss.
