Chameleon Creative has been owned and operated since its inception in 1998 by Heidi Peterson. She is a graduate of the North Island College graphic design program and previously worked for 25 years in tourism, marketing and event management. Her experience in marketing strategy, needs analysis, client communications and the ability to bring out the best in her team members allow her to translate a client's wish list into effective solutions for print and web. Originally a one-woman show, her current set of hats includes art director, project manager, client liaison and chief administrator.

Our Web graphics wizard...
...who graduated from the Malaspina College Graphic Design Program in 1992. He brings excellent illustrative, design and technical skills as well as a keen interest in leading-edge special effects including Flash. Detail oriented, meticulous, thorough, he brings an original flair to the projects he works on. As an ex-helicopter pilot, he is accustomed to looking at things from a different perspective than most. His sense of humour keeps us laughing, and his logos and website layouts knock our socks off on a regular basis.
Our software engineer...
... experienced in design and development of complex systems. His contribution to the team includes well-honed skills in database back-end code, user interface development and application documentation. Multilingual in the computer world, He works regularly with Javascript, PHP, HTML, XML, Visual Basic and C++ among others. He is our senior geek...and we admire his focus! When he comes up for air after hours of head-down programming, we always look forward to his grin of triumph.

...is a creative writer and search engine specialist, skilled in developing text, link campaigns and sponsored link (pay-per-click) programs for the Internet. She can work with a client's existing text (or create it for them) to help your web site shine in the eyes of search engines. She has unflagging enthusiasm for her work: finding a client in #1 position with Google always brings a Yee-haw! of delight from our SEO (search engine optimization) diva.
